Hi I'm Erika! I am married to an amazing man named Russell and we are about to celebrate our four year anniversary. I am a registered nurse on a Women's and Children's Floor for an amazing hospital. My husband and I are both from Florida but are currently living in the great city of Houston, TX.

Dances in the Kitchen is about enjoying the little moments in life. Russell and I love to cook together and most nights that includes music and dancing- hence the name. We also take every chance we get to travel. We believe there is no better use of time or money than making memories discovering new areas, appreciating the world's beauty, learning about cultures, and meeting new people. I guess you could say "Eat Well,Travel Often" is our marriage life quote and I think it is a good one to have. 

In all, enjoy life and try to truly appreciate the small, sweet moments life gives us.
